Find one that is not taken yet. Then make sure you forward that port on your router. Then go into plex remote access settings and set the manual port to the same as well. The only solution I have found so far is to either A) not use the VPN at all on the server, or B) forward the port for Plex through AirVPN so that Plex remote access is available, but through the VPN.
