VPN has been set up as a 172.16.45.x/24 as not to overlap. VPN is not resolving to resources set up on the Local DC also set up as the DNS server. USG firmware is the latest.

Hi, Just installed my USG with Controller version 5.6.26 (Build: atag_5.6.26_10236). Normally I used Sophos UTM, and I had a VPN from my Android phone via OpenVPN to the Sophos UTM security gateway. I want to have a VPN on my Unifi USG as well, is this possible, via the GUI? Thank you in advance.

Aug 03, 2017 · As the USG is 'the old one', I suppose it is configured as the default gateway for all of the network. So when you go to a computer in the main office and try to ping the remote location, it will try to do this over the USG - but there you have removed the VPN, so it will drop the packets, as it does not know what to do with them.
