We faced same issue with version 4.5. Then we upgraded our anyconnect client to 4.7 thought that most recent version should have the fix. But the issue remain same in 4.7 as well . We had a case with Cisco Tac regarding this they suggested us to use 4.6 as It have support with latest MAC OS.
